OAKLAND: 9-car pileup shuts down 3 lanes of I-880
As stormy weather drenched the Bay Area early Sunday morning, Interstate Highway 880 saw two injury accidents in the East Bay, one of which was a nine-car pileup that blocked three lanes for almost an hour.
