Seasonal Affective Disorder 

As we approach the winter months and the days grow shorter and darker and many people may find themselves lethargic and gloomy. Thousands of people in the United States suffer from a seasonal depression also known as seasonal affective disorder or SAD.  Dr. Robert K. Dolgoff, the Director for Mental Health Services with Alta Bates Summit Medical Center in Berkeley, tells us how some people can get overcome their depression through light therapy.
