The headline for Hurricane Issac will be about rainfall. It will be raining for the next three or four days in the lower Mississippi Valley. The storm is moving at a snails pace and is loaded with water. Rainfall accumulations will be 12" to 20"s in the New Orleans area. It will be raining for the next three or four days in the lower Mississippi Valley.
