Trump Administration ordered to use emergency funds for SNAP payments | West Coast Wrap

Two judges have ordered the Trump Administration to tap emergency funds to continue payments to food assistance recipients as the government shutdown continues into November. However, the administration argued that it couldn't use agriculture department reserves for the program unless Congress passes a budget, and President Trump blamed Democrats for keeping the shutdown going.
