Former homeless Tenderloin heroin addict publishes memoir, offers hope for others

A Bay Area woman is offering hope for heroin addicts. She was one herself. Tracey Helton Mitchell says she spent eight years addicted to heroin and homeless on the streets of San Francisco's Tenderloin neighborhood.
