Speeding BMW evades CHP, crashes into hydrant near San Pablo

A 24-year-old driver?suffered major injuries and water was gushing from a hydrant near San Pablo early Thursday morning after silver BMW SUV with no front license plate wouldn?t stop for the California Highway Patrol, officers said. Alex Savidge reports
