Oakland police investigating broad daylight fatal downtown shooting

Oakland police responded to the sound of gunfire outside their headquarters near 8th and Broadway Monday afternoon. Police say a man was fatally shot by at least two people wielding a high-powered firearm and a handgun. There are no suspects in custody at this time.
