A 3.2 magnitude earthquake struck about 6:40 a.m. Tuesday in Marin County off the coast near Tamalpais in the Peninsula section of the San Andreas Fault Zone.
Residents as far away as Pacifica, Daly City and San Francisco said they felt it.
