Union City cops seek "Snoopy" vandal

This is KTVU crime reporter Henry Lee's Rap Sheet blog for May 18, 2018:

VANDAL SOUGHT: Union City police are trying to identify a tagger known as "Lil T Snoopy."

Authorities say the vandal has been "tagging all over the east side of town the last week or so."

Police added, "Obviously, we are not going to offer Snoopy a scholarship to art school, but we have some other 'gifts' we would like to present to him (or her)."
