Student detained after bringing gun to San Francisco school
SAN FRANCISCO (KTVU) - A student brought a gun to San Francisco School of the Arts, according to police.
According to San Francisco Police, officers received a call of a student with a gun at the high school around 12:25 p.m. Friday.
Police say a staff member saw the student and gun, and reported it immediately.
The student left campus but was located and detained without incident. Police located the gun.
The school was on lockdown, but the lockdown has since been lifted.
At this point, additional details have not been released.
