San Francisco's West Portal neighborhood to see safety improvements

San Francisco's West Portal neighborhood will soon see some major changes near the Muni metro station. City leaders have weighed in, saying the area is in major need of safety improvements after the crash that killed a family of four last month. We spoke with locals who were both for and against the changes. Everyone agrees that there needs to be safety improvements.
