Flooding at freeway entrance in West Oakland

OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - The streets of the Interstate Highway 880 was flooded on Thursday, making it look like there was a full body lake under the West Oakland underpass.
Twitter user @Matsivart tweeted a photo to KTVU, showing a tow truck blocking 7th Street and Frontage blocking the freeway entrance.
Nearby, Erica Joy tweeted that her bus went through a "whole ass lake," and she took video of her flooded-out bus.
Oakland police were seen blocking off the underpass shortly before 8 a.m.
