HUD Secretary Ben Carson visits San Francisco public housing development

Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson toured the 72-unit Potrero Terrace in San Francisco on Tuesday, but rejected an invitation from Mayor London Breed, who wanted to push for increased federal funding for homeless services and affordable housing.
