California Gov. Newsom to commute 548 death row sentences; DA 'disgusted'

Gov. Gavin Newsom on Thursday announced he's commuting all death sentences in California, changing the state's 548 death row inmates' sentences to life without the possibility of parole. San Mateo County DA Steve Wagstaffe said he is "disgusted" with the decision.
