Concord Night Market to host first Cultural Festival

The first-ever annual cultural festival will be hosted at the Concord Night Market in Todos Santos Plaza on September 11 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Sunny Pannu, the event coordinator, and Joe Yncio, a Peruvian artist, give insight.
