Hotel cleanliness has worsened since pandemic: hospitality experts

For many travelers, a hotel is a temporary home away from home. Many expect good service and a clean room. But hospitality experts are sounding an alarm saying some hotel rooms have gotten dirtier since the COVID pandemic. Hotels are finding they can cut costs by reducing housekeeping service.
