Oakland welcomes 34-foot La Catrina sculpture from Mexico

Oakland celebrates the arrival of a giant 34-foot La Catrina sculpture from Mexico for the Hispanic Heritage Month Dia de los Muertos Nov. 1 celebration. On Thursday, city officials, community members and artists gathered to welcome the sculpture to the Fruitvale Transit Village.
