San Rafael residents sound off on homeless housing proposals

A project announced one year ago to erect a cabin community for the homeless in San Rafael is inching along. But at the same time, another proposal has the city and Marin County officials searching for common ground. KTVU's Tom Vacar has an update on both proposals.
