Oakland airport ranks low in new passenger satisfaction study

A new survey says Oakland San Francisco Bay Airport is improving, but still ranks near the bottom of airports, across the continent. The analytical firm, JD Power, released its 20-26 North America Airport Satisfaction Study. Oakland was rated 20 out of 24 airports, in the large airport category. Criteria include passenger surveys, concessions, and designs of terminals.
