Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee touts drop in crime

Delivering her State of the City address Tuesday, Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee told the City Council and the public the city is on the move and has reason to celebrate. Lee reported a drop in crime and speeding incidents and pledged to boost police staffing.
