Floriston Fire near Truckee still has stretch of I-80 closed

A stretch of westbound Interstate 80 remains closed at the Nevada state line as crews fight the Floriston Fire. The wildfire northeast of Truckee has burned 640 acres and is 8% contained as evacuation orders and warnings remain in effect.
