Federal agents at Home Depot? Video claims men in unmarked SUV arrested day laborers

A video shared with the Immigrant Protection Network claims that unidentified federal agents arrested day laborers outside a Home Depot in Concord, California on Wednesday morning. ICE and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection tell KTVU their agents were not part of any sweep at that site. So who are these men? Does anyone know the identity of any missing workers? Immigrant rights activists with the Concord Immigrant Protection Network say they want to connect with any families impacted.
