Former Santa Clara County undersheriff enters guilty plea to bribery

Former Santa Clara County Undersheriff Rick Sung pleaded guilty Monday to two bribery-related charges connected to a scandal where he and the previous sheriff, Laurie Smith, used their power to issue concealed gun licenses in exchange for favors.
