Canadian tourist found guilty of stealing, injuring flamingo

A Canadian tourist accused of stealing and injuring a flamingo from the Las Vegas Strip has been found guilty. A jury convicted the man on two counts of animal cruelty; one felony and one misdemeanor. The prosecution said his intentions were clear despite his claims that he was drunk.
