DNA Lounge in San Francisco faces fines if parklet doesn't come down

A popular nightclub in San Francisco's SoMa District is being ordered to tear down its long-standing parklet that predates the pandemic or face fines. DNA Lounge's business owner said it's an important part of his business, but the city's transit department says the parklet is unpermitted and they need the space to accommodate bus loading and accessibility.
