Bay Area voters feeling encouraged by incoming Congress

The blue wave, or tsunami, as some are calling it, was a reaction to an economy rocked by high oil and gasoline prices, inflation and tariffs. Many Bay Area voters we spoke with said they are feeling encouraged that things will improve, albeit gradually, with the new incoming Congress.
