Bystander killed in TV news station helicopter crash ID'd

The 29-year-old bystander who was killed on the ground by a Los Angeles TV news station's helicopter from above has been identified as Edy Gutierrez Mejia. The two people aboard the aircraft, identified as members of the local NBC news station crew, also died. The NTSB is investigating the crash and the possibility that the craft malfunctioned.
