3-alarm fire displaces 100 Oakland residents

Oakland firefighters battled a 3-alarm blaze in an apartment fire that displaced 100 residents on Bancroft Avenue. Multiple rescues were needed. Some resident suffered injuries but no one died. The building is red-tagged.
