St. Helena's brown tap water continues, city to reveal plan Tuesday

 St. Helena residents say they are still struggling with brown water in their bathtubs, toilets, and sinks, one year since KTVU"s report in September 2025 about the city's tap water problems. Since then, a civil grand jury report criticized the city for deferred maintenance and rate hikes. The city says it will reveal an assessment plan on Tuesday September 8th and a reimbursement program for residents to get funds to cover brown water damage.
