OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - Police are investigating a double shooting in East Oakland that left one man dead Monday morning, according to the Oakland Police Department.
Officers received a report around 10:24 a.m. of shots fired in the area of 2600 66th Avenue.
When officers arrived at the scene they found two men suffering for gunshot wounds, police said.
Both victims were transported to a local hospital where one of the victims died of his injuries. The second victim is in stable condition, police said.
