All lanes of the Caldecott Tunnel between Oakland and Moraga were reopened Monday morning as the California Highway Patrol continues to investigate a weekend shooting.

A driver was hit by a bullet in the fourth bore of the tunnel about 8 p.m. Sunday and was taken to the hospital, the CHP. A passenger was grazed by a bullet but did not go to the hospital, an officer said. The CHP said this is an "isolated incident."

The CHP shut the tunnel for about two and a half hours and reopened all lanes about 10:45 p.m. Sunday.
