High-speed pursuit in Hayward
HAYWARD, Calif. - California Highway Patrol Officers on Friday were searching for the driver involved in a high-speed pursuit in the East Bay.
The CHP says the chase began in the Hayward area early Friday morning involving a driver in a stolen car.
Officers ended up finding the car using patrol cars and a helicopter. But the driver got away.
