Crews battle Richmond storage facility fire
RICHMOND, Calif. - Fire crews battled a warehouse fire in Richmond on Tuesday morning, according to authorities and aerial SkyFox video.
The fire broke out around 9:20 a.m. at a Public Storage facility near Carlson Boulevard and South Street. Firefighters closed nearby roads as crews worked to contain the blaze.
Officials said there was no need for residents to shelter in place. There was no immediate word on what caused the fire.
