Man shot to death overnight in car in Hayward

HAYWARD, Calif. (KTVU) - A man was found shot to death in a car in Hayward late Wednesday night.

Hayward Police responded to a report of shots fired outside an apartment building, near B and 7th Streets at about 11:30 p.m..

Officers found the victim in a white sedan.

They believe a second man was also injured in the shooting, and was treated at a local hospital.

But by the time, officers arrived at the hospital, the second victim had already left.

Police said they did not have any suspect information, as of early Thursday morning.
