NEW YORK (FOX NEWS/KTVU) - Emails from Hillary Clinton’s home server contained intelligence from the U.S. government’s most secretive and highly classified programs, according to new letter obtained by Fox News. That letter, sent from the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community to senior lawmakers, laid out the findings of a comprehensive review by intelligence agencies.
In the letter, agencies identified several dozen additional classified emails – including special intelligence known as “special access programs” which is a level of classification beyond top secret, reportedly classified at higher levels than previously known. “There is absolutely no way that one could not recognize SAP material,” a former senior law enforcement with decades of experience investigating violations of SAP procedures told Fox News.
