Smash-and-grab burglars hit SF antique store

San Francisco police are investigating a smash-and-grab burglary at an antique store in the city's financial district.

It happened Monday at about 1:30 a.m. at Daniel Stein Antiques in the 400 block of Jackson Street.

The burglars made their way into the store by breaking one of the three front windows, according to the store's owner.   

At least $35,000 worth of antique silver was stolen, according to the store's owner.
