California brings back statewide indoor mask mandate

California will again require masks in all indoor settings across the state starting Wednesday, Dec. 15 and will last for a month. Unvaccinated people attending events for 1,000 people or more must also produce a recent negative COVID test in order to enter the event. COVID cases have spiked 47% in recent weeks, officials noted.
