Red Cross facing national blood crisis

The Red Cross is experiencing a national blood crisis with a low donation supply. In some situations doctors are forced to choose which patients receive blood transfusions. Justin Mueller, regional blood donor services executive for the Northern California Red Cross tells KTVU how the country reached such a critical point.
