Police say 1 man killed in Fremont shooting, another man arrested

Fremont Police Department say a man was arrested in connection to a fatal shooting on Tuesday. Family members of the shooting victim said he was having a mental-health episode. The stepson of the suspect said his stepfather shot in self-defense.
