Family plans to bury Oakland Castlemont High student found dead in Sacramento

The father of Marcella Garcia, a Castlemont High School student who was found dead in a Sacramento apartment, said he plans to bury his 16-year-old daughter this weekend in Folsom and is extremely upset that he hasn't been told more about what happened to her.
