Parole recommended for Chowchiila kidnapper who buried students in school bus

A California parole board has recommended that Frederick Woods be released from prison. Woods was one of three kidnappers who abducted 26 children and their school bus driver before burying them in Chowchilla in 1976. The victims escaped from being buried alive.
