Chesa Boudin, SF D.A., labels recall election a Republican effort; opponents disagree

San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin cast his ballot on Monday for an election where he faces being recalled. The progressive prosecutor's message is to "not let Republican billionaires buy our elections." His opponents, however, say it's a Democrat on Democrat fight and that violent offenders need to be held accountable. Polls suggest the race will be tight.
