Two Democrats advance to November election vying for CA Congressional seat held by Rep. Jackie Speier

California Assembly member Kevin Mullin and San Mateo County Supervisor David Canepa are poised to face off in November for the Congressional District 15 seat currently held by Congresswoman Jackie Speier who plans to retire.
