Fast-moving grass fire forces evacuations in San Mateo County hills

A quick-moving brush fire in San Mateo County forced evacuations Tuesday afternoon, officials said. The Cal Fire CZU unit said the fire broke out in the area of Edgewood Road and Crestview Drive.
