Tenderloin Cold Case: Homicide victim would have celebrated 30th birthday

A San Francisco man would have celebrated his 30th birthday today, but instead his parents are remembering him and joining police in asking for help in identifying the man responsible for shooting and killing him. Police have increased the reward for information leading to the arrest in the 2016 homicide.
