Study: Low-income Households Hit Harder by Drought
Despite the historic recent rainfall, California is still facing prolonged drought conditions and a new Stanford study suggests droughts can make water unaffordable for low-income households. KTVU's Alex Savidge and Heather Holmes speak with study author Sarah Flecther, Associate Professor and Researcher at Stanford University about her findings.
