Hetch Hetchy reservoir likely to reach capacity

The heavy rains this winter season have boosted the water supply for San Francisco residents. San Francisco Public Utilities Commission says Hetch Hetchy reservoir is likely to fill to capacity. As of now, it's close without counting the eventual Sierra snowpack.
