Catalytic converter thieves target Marine's car

A U.S. Marine combat veteran who served in Afghanistan shares surveillance video of two thieves stealing a catalytic converter from his truck while it wa sparked in the driveway of his San Lorenzo home. He wants those responsible to be held accountable.
