Reward offered to find California woman kidnapped in Mexico

There is a $40,000 reward from the FBI to help find Monica de Leon Barba, a woman from San Mateo who was kidnapped while walking her dog in Tepatitlán, Jalisco, Mexico on November 29, 2022.
