Golden retriever puppy found stuffed in trash bag in Santa Cruz

A golden retriever mixed puppy was found stuffed in a trash bag on the side of a road in Santa Cruz a few weeks ago, officials said. The puppy is recovering at the Santa Cruz Veterinary Hospital.
